Volunteers Needed: MCS Fall Family Picnic

We’re bringing the Marion Cross community together for an evening of fun, connection, and celebration—and we’d love your help!

The Marion Cross Fall Festival, hosted by the PTO in collaboration with the Norwich Recreation Department, gives MCS families, teachers, and neighbors a chance to come together and kick off the school year with a fun community event.

We’re looking for volunteers to help make the evening a success. Whether you can lend a hand before the event, help out during the festival, or pitch in with cleanup, there are lots of ways to get involved.

Come help make this a great night for our school community!

Time: Friday, October 2, 4:30 - 7:00 pm

Help us stock the snack & bake sale! We’re looking for store-bought snacks and drinks and/or homemade baked goods to sell at the Fall Picnic. PACKAGED ITEMS: drop off between Wednesday 9/30-Friday 10/2 at the designated table in the MCS main entry. BAKED GOODS: can be brought directly to Huntley Meadow on Friday, Oct. 2.
